Born from the desire to understand our clients and the market place better, the offshore Internal Sales Team was set up in February 2008, and is based in Delhi.
Their main activities are to provide the various business units with information for our main key verticals. Telecalling is an essential part of the process, producing leads for the relevant UK Business Development Managers, but they are also experts in preparing customised reports, with their collection covering areas such as outsourcing trends, competitors, niche market evaluation and targeted customers.
Our research analysts also research, clean and provide data from numerous disciplines including Google, OneSource, Datamonitor, Hoovers and companies websites, providing essential information for the team to work with.
To date this has been an excellent arrangement. We in the UK, look forward to reaping further the benefits gained from having an outsourced offshore team, just like our customers do!
